Slovenia is a country in Europe. The capital and largest city is Ljubljana.

It is bordered by Austria to the north, Hungary to the northeast, Croatia to the south and east, and Italy and the Gulf of Venice to the west.

Slovenians use a type of money called the Euro, and the country is a member of the European Union.

Current United States First Lady Melania Trump is originally from Slovenia.
