    • c. 800, Würzburg Glosses on the Pauline Epistles, published in Thesaurus Palaeohibernicus (reprinted 1987, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies), edited and with translations by Whitley Stokes and John Strachan, vol. I, pp. 499–712, Wb. 14b23
toncomr- [followed by a few more poorly legible letters]
it makes us weary (glosses Latin tederet nos)

Usage notes

This verb is a hapax legomenon that is attested only once in the Würzburg Glosses as a single-word gloss from its prima manus whose final letter(s) are very poorly legible. Plummer reads ton·comrit, while Stokes in Thesaurus Palaeohibernicus reads ton·comra, the latter interpretation generally taken to be the subjunctive of this verb.
