Usage notes
- Marks a relation between a whole and one or more of its constituent elements, that is, for example an individual member of a group or a few individuals of a group.
- D'entre may optionally be replaced by de after un (including l’un and pas un), aucun, chacun, qui, and sometimes la plupart. Otherwise, d'entre must be used.[1]
