Semmanur is a village in Salem District in Tamil Nadu, India.^[1]

In popular culture

In the film Kaavalan (2011), Bhoominathan (Vijay) and Ammavasai (Vadivelu) come to Semmanur because Muthuramalingam (Rajkiran) lives there.^[2]
