William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (born 1946) was the 42nd president of the United States, serving two terms from 1993 to 2001. He was preceded by George H. W. Bush and was succeeded by George W. Bush. Clinton was the second president to be impeached (accused of a crime by Congress), but he was acquitted (found not guilty). Bill Clinton is currently the youngest of living former US presidents.
