teaz
Basque
Galician
Etymology
Unknown. Probably related to Asturian tiez, and also perhaps to Spanish and Portuguese tez, but the etymology proposed for Coromines[1] to these words can't explain the Galician forms.
Pronunciation
- IPA(key): /teˈaθ/
