1. (informal, Internet slang, derogatory) Used to mimic the noise of a stereotypical idiot.

     Let’s not kid ourselves – there are plenty of men saying that Will has been emasculated by Jada, because hurr durr why would he hit a bro over a woman.

• Often said before what the speaker is mocking, such as an idea or a way of thinking that another person has.
• Alternate spoken usage in the Upper Middle West of the Continental United States: da hurr (in usage, often repeated for emphasis: da hurr, da hurr).
