1. A Caribbean dessert made with sweet potato, coconut, spices and brown sugar, all tied up in a banana leaf.

     The mixtures are wrapped and tied in banana leaf parcels and steamed. Names for these steamed cakes are boyo, duckoono, tie-a-leaf, and blue drawers, as the leaf stains the pudding a faint bluish color.
