Usage notes
- Arm is usually used to refer to the entire fighting force of a nation etc, while airmailt usually refers to the an "army" involved in a particular battle etc:
- Arm Bhreatainn anns a' Chogadh Mhòr - British Army in the First World War (the armed forces as a whole)
- airmailt Bhreatannach ann an Afraga - British Army in Africa
