From kek (Internet interjection representing laughter) or Kek (an anglicization of kkw, the name of an Ancient Egyptian god of darkness sometimes depicted as a frog, used in reference to Pepe the Frog) combined with -stan (stereotypical Middle Eastern country suffix, used ironically).
