Helsinki
Helsinki is the capital and the most populous of Finland. It's located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, nearby Tallinn, Stockholm and Saint Petersburg. Helsinki has close connections with these three cities.Mainly by ferries,but you can get a train to Saint Petersburg from there.
