Hanoi
Hanoi (in the Vietnamese language: Hà Nội) is the capital of Vietnam. It has a general population of around 3 million people, and it's the second largest city in the whole of Vietnam. It was first declared as capital of Vietnam from around the year 1000 CE, or the beginning of the 11th century. It formally became the capital for the whole of the country in 1976.
